摘　　要：随着“互联网+”和全民阅读活动的深入推广,医学院校图书馆服务科研事业付诸的努力面临较大考验,用户个性化需求日益剧增,高校图书馆评价标准也随之改变,未来的学科馆员必将扮演新的角色、赋予新的服务模式与内容。文章以广西中医药大学图书馆为例,从基于医学院校科研用户需求和目前图书馆学科馆员的服务内容与模式的现状进行分析,指出学科馆员培养的必要性,提出学科馆员培养模式、方法和途径,为今后图书馆可持续发展和高质量学科服务提供参考。With the further promotion of "Internet+" and nationwide reading activities, the efforts of medical college libraries to serve scientific research are facing greater challenges, and users’ personalized needs are increasing dramatically. The evaluation criteria of university libraries have also changed. The future subject librarians will play a new role and give new service patterns and contents. Taking the library of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of the service content and mode of subject librarians based on the needs of scientific research users in medical colleges and universities, points out the necessity of training subject librarians, and puts forward the training mode, methods and ways of subject librarians, so as to provide reference for the sustainable development of the library and high-quality subject services in the future.
