摘  要:分别使用针刺和预针刺+水刺两种工艺,将三聚氰胺熔喷材料与芳纶/芳砜纶混合针刺布相复合,制成耐高温复合滤料,用于高温气体过滤。对两种工艺制备的复合滤料进行基本物理及力学性能、透气性能、孔径及过滤性能测试与对比。结果表明:针刺工艺对纤维损伤较大,纤维断裂明显,部分熔喷纤维被刺断并被带出复合滤料,而预针刺+水刺工艺对熔喷纤维损伤相对较小,纤维断裂少;针刺工艺制备的复合滤料孔径偏大,而预针刺+水刺工艺制备的复合滤料孔径偏小;两种工艺制得的复合滤料的过滤效率均能达到99.9980%以上,其中预针刺+水刺工艺制备的复合滤料的过滤效率略高于针刺工艺制备的复合滤料,且两者人工老化后的过滤效率仍可达99.9960%以上,都可作为新型滤料用于实际生产中。Using needling and pre-needling+spunlacing process respectively,the high temperature resistant composite filter materials were prepared by the combination of melamine melt-blown nonwovens and arylamide/polysulfonamide needle nonwovens,which was used for high temperature gas filtration.The basic physical and mechanical properties,permeability,pore size and filtration properties of the composite filter materials were tested and compared.The results showed that,the fiber was damaged greatly by needling process,and the fiber fracture was obvious.Some melt-blown fibers were broken and taken out of the composite filter materials.However,pre-needling+spunlacing process had less damage,and fiber fracture was less.The pore size of composite filter materials prepared by needling process was larger than that of prepared by pre-needling+spunlacing process.The filtration efficiency of two kinds of composite filter materials could reach more than 99.9980%,and the filtration efficiency of the composite filter materials prepared by the pre-needling+spunlacing process was slightly higher than that of the composite filter materials prepared by the needling process,and the filtration efficiency of two kinds of composite filter materials could still reach more than 99.9960%after artificial aging,which could be used as new filter materials in practical production.
