摘 要:测试聚丙烯纺黏针刺土工布、聚丙烯短纤针刺土工布及其与聚乙烯膜复合制备的复合土工膜的各项力学性能,对比分析发现:不同面密度的聚丙烯针刺土工布,其纵横向拉伸断裂强度、拉伸断裂伸长率不与面密度同比例或同趋势变化;聚丙烯纺黏针刺土工布的撕裂强力和CBR顶破强力均大于相同面密度的聚丙烯短纤针刺土工布;复合土工膜的硬挺度、拉伸断裂强度和拉伸断裂伸长率等各项力学性能较复合前都明显提高。The mechanical properties of polypropylene spunbonded needle-punched geotextiles and polypropylene staple fiber needle-punched geotextiles, and their composite geomembrane prepared with polyethylene film were tested. By comparative analysis, it was found that the longitudinal and transverse tensile breaking strength and elongation at break of polypropylene needle-punched geotextiles with different surface densities were not in the same proportion or trend with the surface densities. The tearing strength and CBR breaking strength of polypropylene spunbonded needle-punched geotextiles were greater than those of polypropylene staple fiber needle-punched geotextiles with the same surface density. The mechanical properties of composite geomembrane, such as stiffness, tensile breaking strength and elongation at break, were obviously improved compared with those before composite.
