摘  要:新技术环境下复杂产品对数字化设计质量的要求不断提升,需要进一步提高建模的质量和效率,解决复杂产品虚拟样机多学科模型的一体化信息集成问题,以实现复杂产品系统设计及优化。本文以航天制造领域广泛存在的复杂产品为对象,对元模型、建模方法以及多学科建模过程进行研究与分析,将多学科优化设计与元模型建模方法相结合,建立了复杂产品的虚拟样机元模型,并构建了元模型与学科元模型的转换关系,形成了虚拟样机多学科建模优化设计方案。With the increasing requirements of digital design quality for complex products in the new technology environment,it is necessary to further improve the modeling efficiency and modeling quality of virtual prototype,and solve the integrated information integration problem of the multidisciplinary model of complex product virtual prototype,so as to realize the design and optimization of complex product system.Taking the complex products widely existing in the aerospace manufacturing field as the object,the meta model,modeling method and multidisciplinary modeling process are studied and analyzed.The multidisciplinary optimization design method and the meta model modeling method are combined,and the virtual prototyping meta model of complex products is established.Then the transformation relationship between the meta model and the disciplinary meta model is constructed,and the multidisciplinary optimization design scheme of virtual prototype is also established.
