摘　　要：要想使传统小区向智能化方向发展,需要对BIM技术充分了解并掌握,研究智能小区集成管理平台的运作模式和原理,以此为依据实现传统小区管理向智能化发展的目标。该文对建设智能小区的具体要求进行了分析,对智能小区管理系统应用BIM技术展开研究,并分析了应用BIM技术存在的主要问题,提出了智能小区集成管理系统应用BIM技术相关的实现策略。In order to make the traditional community develop towards intelligence,it is necessary to fully understand and master BIM technology,and study the operation mode and principle of intelligent community integrated management platform,so as to realize the goal of intelligent development of traditional community management.This paper analyzes the specific requirements of building intelligent community,studies the application of BIM technology in intelligent community management system,analyzes the main problems existing in the application of BIM technology,and puts forward the implementation strategies related to the application of BIM technology in intelligent community integrated management system.
