摘 要:我国是电动平衡车生产和出口大国,电动平衡车的发展带动了锂离子电池需求量的增长。2021年美国CPSC对从我国进口的约23.73万个电动平衡/滑板车电池发布召回通报,我国首个平衡车用锂离子电池标准也刚刚发布,表明电动平衡车电池安全备受各方关注。本文比较了UL2271:2018与GB/T 40559-2021的差异,指出GB/T 40559-2021对电池组系统整体安全性能考察要比UL2271:2018充分,而UL2271:2018对电池组的使用性能考察比GB/T 40559-2021完备。国内企业要及时关注标准间的差异,避免电动平衡车产品上市受阻。China is the big country in the production and export of self-balancing vehicles.The growth of the demand for lithium-ion batteries has been driven by development of self-balancing vehicles.About 237300 batteries used in self-balancing vehicle imported from China were recalled by CPSC in 2021.Meanwhile,the first lithium-ion battery standard for self-balancing vehicles of our country has just been released,indicating that much attention has been attracted to the safety of batteries for self-balancing vehicles.The differences between UL2271:2018 and GB/T 40559-2021 are compared in this paper.More sufficient assessments on the overall safety performance of battery pack system are set in GB/T 40559-2021,and more complete assessments on the service performance of battery pack are set in UL2271:2018 by comparison.Attention is needed to pay timely to the differences between standards by domestic enterprises to avoid blocking of self-balancing vehicles when entering into the market.
