摘　　要：该文以省级电网企业为主体,聚焦创建“世界一流示范企业”目标,围绕以创新驱动高质量发展,以创新发展提高企业现代化治理能力及水平,坚持体系化、项目化、全员式的管理思维,提出构建企业级管理创新体系及实践管控模式,涉及管理创新人才培养、平台搭建、成果培育、支撑保障等全要素、全环节、全过程管理,为电力企业加强管理创新机制建设,为助力实现高质量发展目标提供了借鉴和参考。Based on provincial power grid companies as the main body,this article focuses on the goal of creating a"world-class demonstration enterprise",focuses on driving high-quality development with innovation,improving the modern governance ability and level of enterprises with innovation and development,adheres to systematic,project-based and full staff management thinking,and puts forward the construction of enterprise level management innovation system and practical management and control mode,involving all elements,all links and all process management such as management innovation talent training,platform construction,achievement cultivation and support,It provides a reference for power enterprises to strengthen the construction of management innovation mechanism and help achieve high-quality development goals.
