摘　　要：数控机床是我国工业生产重要设备,为保证机床的作用能够得到最大化发挥,需要做好机床的安装、调试以及维修等一系列工作,如果哪一环节存在问题,很容易会对机床的整体使用造成不良影响,导致各种事故频发。为更好地对数控机床展开应用,该文通过对数控机床安装方式的分析,对机床调试方法以及具体维修方式进行阐述,旨在保证数控机床的安装应用质量,提高企业生产的整体水平。NC machine tools are important equipment for China’s industrial production. In order to maximize the role of machine tool, it is necessary to do a series of work such as machine tool installation, commissioning and maintenance. If there is a problem in any link, it is easy to have an adverse impact on the overall use of machine tool and lead to frequent accidents. In order to better apply the NC machine tool, this paper analyzes the installation mode of NC machine tool, expounds the machine tool debugging method and specific maintenance mode, in order to ensure the installation and application quality of NC machine tool and improve the overall level of enterprise production.
