中国正式对日宣战后国人涉台论述的演变——以《大公报》相关评论为中心  

The Changing Discourse on the Taiwan Question after China’s Declaration of War against Japan——A Study on the Ta-Kung-Pao Commentaries

摘　　要：中国政府正式宣布战后将收回台湾等被侵占的领土后,大陆涉台言论逐渐从实现台湾先“独立”(脱离日本的殖民统治)再“回归祖国”的“两步走”,转到“收复台湾”的问题上。作为当时最为重要的民间报纸,《大公报》除了刊发谢南光、宋斐如等台湾人士以及朱希祖、姚枬等大陆人士主张收复台湾的文章外,还针对美国社会提出的所谓战后“台湾国际共管论”,进行了激烈的反驳,迫使美方做出辩解。《大公报》关于台湾历史及两岸关系史的论述,更强调中国对于台湾的历史主权。其所提出的台湾是中国“老沦陷区”的主张,逐渐被国人接受,反映了国人对“民族自决”论的修正以及扬弃。随着局势不断明朗,《大公报》发表了不少介绍台湾现实情况、台胞复台运动的报道,并呼吁当局做好收复台湾的准备。Since the Chinese government declared its intention to reclaim Taiwan after the Sino-Japanese war,Chinese mainland discourse regarding Taiwan changed from the“two steps”policy(independence first and then return to the motherland)to the“reclamation”policy.As one of the most important non-official newspapers,Ta-Kung-Pao not only published a series of“reclamation of Taiwan”commentaries penned by people such as Xie Nanguang and Song Feiru as well as mainland Chinese such as Zhu Xizu and Yao Zhan;it also provided strong rebuttal to the“international condominium”proposal spread in the American society and pressured the US government to respond.The Ta-Kung-Pao narrative of the Taiwan history and the cross-Straits relations emphasized the Chinese sovereignty over Taiwan.Its argument about Taiwan as an“old occupied region”was gradually accepted by the general Chinese people,who moved away from the principle of national self-determination.With victory in sight,Ta-Kung-Pao printed a variety of reports on Taiwan’s current affairs and Taiwan Residents voices advocating the return of the islands to China.In the meanwhile,the newspaper appealed to the Chinese government to prepare for the reclamation.
