摘　　要：粮食安全问题是我国最大的民生问题,粮食流通体系作为粮食安全系统中最为重要的一环,其健全、稳定、高效对我国粮食安全至关重要。“十四五”新时期,在技术手段升级、消费者需求多元的背景下,粮食的流通方式和流通体系都发生了深刻变化。要在日益复杂的国内外形势之下和不断变化的市场环境中,构建更加现代高效的粮食流通体系,一方面要做好顶层设计,把握粮食流通体系建设的价值诉求。另一方面,要打通实现路径,从模式创新、布局优化、技术应用、平台搭建等方面布局,不断对粮食流通体系进行优化提高,从而更好地保障我国粮食安全。Grain security is the biggest livelihood issue in China.As the most important part of the grain security system,a sound,stable and efficient grain circulation system construction is very important to China’s grain security.The circulation mode and circulation system of grain have changed profoundly under the background of upgrading technical means and diversified consumer demand in the new period of the 14th Five-Year plan.In order to build a more modern and efficient grain circulation system in the increasingly complex domestic and international situation and ever-changing market environment,we should do a good job in the top-level design and grasp the value appeal of the construction of grain circulation system,on the one hand.On the other hand,we should open up the realization path and continuously optimize and improve the grain circulation system from the aspects of model innovation,layout optimization,technology application,platform construction etc.,so as to better ensure China’s food security.
