关于构建RCEP最优货币区的思考

摘　　要：基于最优货币区(OCA)理论的传统标准,本文对RCEP各国的要素流动性、贸易开放和结构、金融一体化和通货膨胀率相似性进行了分析和对比,探讨RCEP组建最优货币区的必要性和可行性,并提出加强区域人员流动、健全和完善区域金融市场体系、加强人民币与区域其他主要货币的合作等具体对策建议,通过货币金融渠道促进RCEP区域经济一体化深入发展。Based on the traditional standards of Optimal Currency Area(OCA) theory,this paper analyzes and compares the factors liquidity,trade openness and structure,financial integration and the similarity of inflation rate of RCEP countries.Furthermore,this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of establishing the optimal currency area in RCEP.In order to promote the further development of RCEP regional economic integration through monetary and financial channels,this paper puts forward some specific countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening the regional personnel flow,improving the regional financial market system,and strengthening the cooperation between RMB and other major regional currencies.
