旅游投资硬环境评价指标体系的构建——以张家界为例

摘　　要：本文以世界知名生态旅游胜地张家界为研究对象,进行旅游投资硬环境评价指标的构建,并结合实际加以分析,提出旅游投资硬环境建设的方法,构建旅游投资硬环境评价指标体系,以求政府机构对当地的旅游投资硬环境有一个全面客观的认识,并清楚其自身竞争条件的优势与劣势,发现阻碍其旅游发展的问题所在,找出旅游地在旅游投资硬环境方面的差距,最终采取相应的对策来缩小差距,使旅游投资硬环境得到改善,促进旅游地的长远发展。Based on the world-famous ecological tourist attraction Zhangjiajie as the research object,the construction of tourism investment weak environment evaluation index,and connecting with the actual analysis,put forward the methods for the construction of tourism investment weak environment,build tourism investment weak environment evaluation index system.For government agencies to the local tourism investment weak environment is a comprehensive and objective understanding,and know their own advantages and disadvantages of competition conditions,found that hinder its tourism development problems,find themselves with other tourist resort on the difference between tourism investment weak environment,finally to take corresponding countermeasures to close the gap.Improved tourism investment weak environment,promote the long-term development of the tourism destination.
