摘 要:烷基黄原酸丙烯酯产品使用原始工艺生产时,生产过程、废水及产品均会产生刺激性气味,严重制约该产品的生产和销售。通过对该产品产生气味机理的研究和检测,及催化剂的筛选,确定KH1催化剂能够达到去味效果。进一步对KH1去味催化剂展开了小试、中试、工业试验研究,最终确定了工业生产条件为:加入方式为在原有生产设备的基础上,增加KH1催化剂溶解釜和催化剂计量罐,将催化剂按照比例溶解后,打入计量罐,进行滴加,其他操作规程和技术条件不变;KH1催化剂加入量为25 kg,加入后反应时间为25 min。使用KH1去味催化剂时工业生产数据表明,产品含量由91%提高到93%以上,产率由91%提高到95%以上,转化率由86%提高到90%,并且通过选矿对比试验可以看出,使用KH1去味催化剂工艺生产的异戊基黄原酸丙烯酯产品选矿指标,与原始工艺生产的产品选矿指标相近。通过KH1去味催化剂的使用,达到了绿色环保生产,消除了该产品生产和销售的制约。When the alkyl allyl xanthate ester product is produced by using the original technological,the production and the sale of alkyl allyl xanthate ester are seriously restricted by the intense irritant smell given off from the production process,the wastewater and the product.Through the research and detection on the smell generation mechanism of the product,as well as the screening of catalysts,it’s sure that the peculiar smell can be removed by using the KH1 catalyst.The industrial production condition can be finally determined through the further research on the KH1 catalyst by small,pilot-scale and industrial experiment.On the basis of the existing production equipment,the addition methods are increased the dissolving tank and the measuring tank of KH1 catalyst.The KH1 catalyst is added into the measuring tank and then added dropwise,after which is dissolved according to a certain proportion,while other operating rules and technical conditions are unchanged.The catalyst is added in an amount of 25 kg and the reaction time is 25 minutes after the addition.The production data shows that the product content increases from 91% to more than 93%,the productive rate increases from 91% to more than 95% and the conversion rate increases from 86% to 90% when the KH1 catalyst is applied.In addition,through the beneficiation experiment,it’s clear that the beneficiation indexes of isoamyl allyl xanthate ester are similar to the original technological ones.Using the KH1 catalyste not only eliminates the restriction about the production and the sale of alkyl allyl xanthate ester,but also achieves the green environmental protection production.
