摘  要:以镍铬混合型氧化矿提取硅渣为原料,氢氧化钠为浸出剂,碱浸得到碱浸渣和Na_(2)SiO_(3)粗液。合适的浸出条件为:碱渣比2.4∶1、液固比4∶1、浸出温度80℃与浸出时间20 min。浸出过程分为两个阶段,分别受外扩散控制和外扩散与化学反应混合控制。Na_(2)SiO_(3)粗液经盐酸调节pH净化除杂后与活性氢氧化钙乳液在240℃,Si/Ca摩尔比1∶1的条件下,辅以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)水热反应9 h,制备出高附加值的纤维状硬硅钙石粉体,实现了提取硅渣的增值利用。Using silicon residue from nickel-chromium mixed oxidized ore as raw material,sodium hydroxide as leaching agent,leaching residue and sodium silicate crude solution were obtained after alkaline leaching.The suitable leaching conditions are as follows:ratio of silicon residue to alkali 2.4∶1,liquid-solid ratio 4∶1,leaching temperature 80℃and leaching time 20 min.The leaching process is divided into two stages,which are controlled by external diffusion,mixed controlled by external diffusion and chemical reaction,respectively.The crude Na_(2)SiO_(3)solution was adjusted by hydrochloric acid to remove impurities,and then mixed with active calcium hydroxide emulsion.Under the conditions of 240℃and Si/Ca molar ratio of 1∶1,the high value-added fibrous xonotlite powder was prepared after reacting for 9 h with the assistance of C_(12)H_(25)SO_(4) Na(SDS),which realizes the enhancing utilization of silicon residue.
