摘  要:准确定量矿石中的铜、铅、锌含量,对金属元素的利用,以及矿山的良续发展非常重要。采用微波消解,王水—氢氟酸溶解试样,高氯酸赶酸,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法快速测定金属元素含量。方法的检出限分别为铜0.001%、铅0.01%、锌0.005%,相对标准偏(RSD,n=10)为0.46%~4.1%,小于5%,标准物质的测定值均在不确定度范围内,实验方法检出限低,操作简便,线性范围宽,适合矿石中多种元素测定。Accurate quantitative content of copper,lead and zinc in ores is very important for the utilization of metal elements and the sustainable development of mines.Microwave digestion,aqua regia hydrofluoric acid dissolution,perchloric acid removal and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry were used for rapid determination of metal elements.The detection limits of the method were 0.001 % copper,0.01 % lead and 0.005 % zinc,respectively,and the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=10)ranged from 0.46 % to 4.1 %,less than 5 %.The determination values of the standard substances were all within the range of uncertainty.The experimental method has low detection limits,simple operation and wide linear range,and is suitable for the determination of multi-elements in ores.
