摘　　要：《粉末冶金高速工具钢》标准是中国首个专业化粉末高速钢的标准,在世界范围内也未见专门的粉末高速钢标准。本标准的发布对于中国粉末高速钢的发展具有引导意义。本文介绍了标准的编制过程、主要内容与编制说明。"Powder metallurgy High Speed Tool Steel"standard is the first specialized powder high speed steel standard in China,and there is no special powder high speed steel standard in the world.The promulgation of this standard has guiding significance for the development of powder high speed steel in China.This paper introduces the compilation process,main content and compilation instructions of the standard.
