摘 要:南海部分油田在整体开发方案阶段未考虑水驱开发,面对油田开发增储上产需求,需要对地层进行能量补充。为满足目前南海油田现场注水需求,开发出一种就地利用近源天然水层在井下闭式环境实施人工注水的工艺方案,形成了自源闭式注水技术及配套管柱工艺、工具,解决了地面无注水设备平台注水问题,补充地层能量,提高水驱开发效率。通过双管边测边调工作筒,结合双管工具,实现了采水通道和注水通道的分离,从而实现了井下的分层注水。通过泵频调节,实现了整井注入量的调整,同时通过管柱设计,实现了不动管柱返排等工况下闭式注水工艺难题。通过海上现场实施,有效地对地层能量进行了补充,保障开发效果。自源闭式注水工艺技术,为海上油田开发提供经济、高效、低碳的水驱开发解决方案。Nanhai offshore oil fields did not consider water drive development in the ODP stage of development.Facing the demand of increasing reserves and production in oilfield development,it is necessary to supplement the formation energy.In order to meet the current on-site water injection demand of Nanhai oilfield,a process scheme of artificial water injection in the underground closed environment by using the near source natural water layer is developed,and the self source closed water injection technology and supporting pipe string processes and tools are formed,which solves the problem of water injection on the platform without water injection equipment on the ground,supplements the formation energy and improves the efficiency of water drive development.The separation of water production channel and water injection channel is realized through double pipe measuring and adjusting working cylinder and double pipe tools,so as to realize layered water injection underground.Through the adjustment of pump frequency,the adjustment of injection volume of the whole well is realized.At the same time,through the design of pipe string,the problem of closed water injection process under the working conditions of fixed pipe string reverse flowback is realized.Through the offshore field implementation,the formation energy is effectively supplemented to ensure the development effect.Self source closed water injection technology provides an economic,efficient and low-carbon water drive development solution for offshore oilfield development.
