摘  要:在介绍秦二厂3号机组ATWT保护系统的动作和闭锁原理的基础上,对可能导致ATWT小机箱失电情况进行分析,并在现场模拟各种失电场景进行测试,对比记录仪所记录的输出信号与闭锁信号的动作先后顺序,成功验证了电源故障情况下电源故障闭锁回路能够有效闭锁ATWT输出,并就小机箱恢复上电操作时可能导致ATWT系统的误动提出了调大闭锁继电器上电延时的建议,这对降低ATWT系统的误动概率,维护核电厂安全稳定运行具有重要意义。On the basis of introducing the action and locking principle of ATWT protection system of No.3 unit in Qin No.2 power plant,this paper analyzes the situation that may cause the power loss of ATWT small cabinet,and in the field simulation of various scenarios for testing,comparing the recording instrument recorded by the output signal and the locking signal sequence of action,it has been successfully verified that the power failure blocking loop can effectively block the output of the ATWT,the suggestion of increasing the power-on delay of latching relay is put forward,which can reduce the probability of power-on misoperation of ATWT system,it is of great significance to maintain the safe and stable operation of nuclear power plants.
