核电厂耐辐照摄像机使用现状及国产化思考

摘　　要：通过整理核电厂耐辐照摄像机的使用情况,梳理出了核电厂耐辐照摄像机的使用需求。结合现有核电厂耐辐照摄像机的使用现状,分析了常见耐辐照相机的性能,给出了常见现场问题。并进一步对国产耐辐照相机的情况进行了说明,指出现有国产耐辐照相机多采用射线屏蔽+反射成像的原理,从摄像机防护方式选择,摄像机测试验证方法和摄像机组合应用方面给出了国产耐辐照摄像机的发展思考,为后续耐辐照摄像机国产化设计及应用提供参考和借鉴。By sorting out the use of radiation-resistant cameras in nuclear power plants,the use requirements of radiation-resistant cameras in nuclear power plants were sorted out.Combined with the application status of irradiation-resistant cameras in nuclear power plants,the performance of common irradiation-resistant cameras is analyzed,and the common field problems are given.And further on domestic irradiation resistant camera case illustrates,points out that the existing domestic irradiation resistant camera use ray shielding more+reflection imaging principle,protection mode selection in the camera,camera test validation method and camera composite application aspects of the development of the domestic stabilized camera thinking,for subsequent irradiation resistant camera localization and offer reference design and application.
