摘  要:深水表层固井作业中,低密度水泥浆用量巨大。海上平台空间受限,材料干混存在局限性,因此我国南海深水表层固井常采用液体减轻低密度水泥浆体系。液体减轻低密度水泥浆体系在实际应用中存在高温“包心”与缓凝剂用量较大的局限性。室内开发了一种针对液体减轻低密度水泥浆体系的新型高效缓凝剂C-R23L,该缓凝剂在扩大该体系温度适用范围的同时,显著降低了自身用量,降本增效成果显著。该缓凝剂在南海西部某区块进行了现场应用,效果良好,为降低我国南海深水油气田开发成本贡献价值。In deep-water surface cementing operations,the amount of low-density cement slurry is huge.The space of the offshore platform is limited,and the dry mixing of materials has limitations,therefore,the liquid lightening-low density cement slurry system is often used in the surface cementing of deep water in the South China Sea.The liquid lightening-low density cement slurry system has the limitations of high temperature "encapsulation" and large amount of retarder in practical application.A new type of high-efficiency retarder C-R23L for liquid lightening-low density cement slurry system is developed indoors,the retarder significantly reduces its own dosage while expanding the temperature application range of the system,and achieves remarkable results in cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.The retarder has been applied on-site in a block in the western part of the South China Sea,and the effect is good,which contributes to reducing the development cost of deepwater oil and gas fields in the South China Sea.
