摘　　要：商家作为“禁塑令”政策实施中不可缺少的一环,是否切实执行“禁塑令”对塑料污染治理工作有着显著影响。商家的实施情况直接关乎“禁塑令”的推行效果,商家的实施度越高,政策的推行效果越好。通过调查福州市商家对“禁塑令”政策的执行情况,本文指出了“禁塑令”政策执行中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。As an indispensable part of the implementation of the "plastic ban" policy,whether the merchants can effectively implement the "plastic ban" has a significant impact on the work of plastic pollution control.The implementation of the business is directly related to the implementation effect of the "plastic ban",and the higher the degree of implementation of the business,the better the implementation effect of the policy.By investigating the implementation of the "plastic ban" policy by merchants in Fuzhou,this paper points out the problems existing in the implementation of the "plastic ban" policy,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
