海西城市群物流产业集聚空间演变

摘　　要：随着海西城市群的建设提升到国家战略层面,其城市物流的发展问题也受到关注。物流产业集聚有利于发挥溢出效应,促进区域经济发展。文章对2003-2018年海西城市群物流业的集聚的时空分布特征进行分析,结果表明:城市群物流产业的集聚水平在研究期间内呈现下降趋势,城市群内的差距逐年上升。物流业集聚水平存在显著的全局空间正相关性,但空间发展不均衡,两级分化较为突出,高集聚区域没有明显增加,低水平集聚占比超过一半,城市群群体效应未发挥。研究期间海西城市群的物流产业集聚水平呈现由东至西逐渐减弱的趋势,总体上表现出明显的东西空间异质性。在实证研究的基础上,文章提出提高海西城市群物流业集聚水平,减少区域内不均衡的对策建议。As the construction of the urban agglomeration is upgraded to a national strategic level,the development of its urban logistics has also attracted attention.The agglomeration of the logistics industry is conducive to exerting spillover effects and promoting regional economic development.The article analyzes the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of the logistics industry agglomeration in the urban agglomeration from 2003 to 2017,and the results show that:1)The agglomeration level of the logistics industry in the urban agglomeration shows a downward trend during the study period,and the gap within the urban agglomeration is increasing year by year.2)There is a significant global spatial positive correlation between the agglomeration level of the logistics industry,but the spatial development is uneven.The polarization is relatively prominent,with no significant increase in high-agglomeration areas and low-level agglomeration accounting for more than half,which indicates that the group effect of urban agglomeration has not been exerted.3)During the study period,the logistics industry agglomeration level showed a trend of gradually weakening from east to west,showing obvious spatial heterogeneity between east and west.Based on empirical research,the article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of logistics industry agglomeration and reduce regional imbalance.
