摘 要:通过化学再生法将回收聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)瓶片解聚成以苯二甲酸双羟乙酯为主的低聚物,然后加入已经分散好的乙二醇-炭黑色浆进行原位聚合与纺丝制得再生黑色PET长丝,考察了炭黑含量对再生黑色PET特性黏数、二甘醇含量、微观形貌及其纤维的热学性能、力学性能和色相变化的影响。结果表明:通过原位聚合制备的再生黑色PET中炭黑粒径小,均匀分散在PET中;再生黑色PET的特性黏数高于0.65 dL/g,且有一个尖锐熔融峰;再生黑色PET长丝具有较高断裂强度,达到3.8 cN/dtex以上,满足再生涤纶民用细旦长丝的力学强度要求;随着炭黑含量增多,再生黑色PET长丝着色力提高,当再生黑色PET长丝中炭黑质量分数为2.5%时,纤维色相L值为13.75。The recycled polyethylene terephthalate(PET)bottle flakes were depolymerized into oligomers dominantly comprising on dihydroxyethyl phthalate by chemical regeneration and then were spun into regenerated black PET filaments by adding with the dispersed ethylene glycol-carbon black slurry during in-situ polymerization.The effects of the carbon black content on the intrinsic viscosity,diethylene glycol content and micro morphology of regenerated black PET and the thermal properties,mechanical properties and hue change of regenerated black PET fiber were investigated.The results showed that the carbon black of regenerated black PET prepared by in-situ polymerization had a small particle size and an even dispersion in PET;the regenerated black PET possessed an intrinsic viscosity higher than 0.65 dL/g and showed a sharp melting peak;the regenerated black PET filament had a relatively high breaking strength above 3.8 cN/dtex,which met the mechanical strength requirements of regenerated civil fine denier polyester filament;and the coloring power of regenerated black PET filament increased with the increase of carbon black content,and the fiber hue L value was 13.75 when the mass fraction of carbon black in regenerated black PET filament was 2.5%.
