摘  要:以抗污聚己内酰胺(SRPA 6)切片为原料进行熔融纺丝,通过热流变形制备膨体变形丝(BCF),探讨主要纺丝工艺对SRPA 6 BCF力学性能的影响;并对SRPA 6 BCF进行织造、染色及抗污实验,研究其染色及抗污性能。结果表明:在纺丝温度260℃、拉伸二辊温度90℃、拉伸三辊温度110℃、热变形温度220℃、拉伸倍数5.0、卷绕速度500 m/min的条件下,可制备性能优良的SRPA 6 BCF,其断裂强度为2.4 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为43%,热卷曲率为6.8%;SRPA 6 BCF织物对阳离子染料的上染率达90%,对酸性染料的上染率为43%;SRPA 6 BCF织成的地毯具备显著的抗污效果,抗污等级大于8级。Bulk continuous filament(BCF)was prepared from stain-resistant polycaprolactam(SRPA 6)chips by melt spinning prior to heat deformation.The effect of the main spinning process on the mechanical properties of SRPA 6 BCF was discussed.And the weaving,dyeing and stain-resistance experiments of SRPA 6 BCF were carried out to investigate the dyeing property and stain resistance.The results showed that SRPA 6 BCF can be produced with excellent properties,including breaking strength of 2.4 cN/dtex,elongation at break 43%and thermal crimp rate 6.8%,under the process conditions of spinning temperature 260℃,the second drafting roll temperature 90℃,the third drafting roll temperature 110℃,heat deformation temperature 220℃,draw ratio 5.0,and winding speed 500 m/min;the dye uptake of SRPA 6 BCF fabric for cationic dyes and acid dyes reached 90%and 43%,respectively;and the SRPA 6 BCF woven carpet exhibited splendid stain resistance with the grade above 8.
