摘  要:在频率为10 Hz、拉伸模式下,采用动态热机械分析(DMA)法研究了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚己二酰戊二胺(PA 56)和聚己二酰己二胺(PA 66)3种类型浸胶帘子线的动态力学性能。结果表明:随着温度的升高,PA 56、PA 66帘子线的储能模量(E′)和损耗模量(E″)均呈降低的趋势,但PET帘子线的E′和E″均呈先升高后降低的变化趋势;任一温度下,PET帘子线的E′和E″均最大,PA 66帘子线的最小;3种帘子线的损耗因子(tanδ)最大值从大到小是PET帘子线、PA 66帘子线、PA 56帘子线,玻璃化转变温度(T_(g))从大到小是PET帘子线、PA 56帘子线、PA 66帘子线;PET帘子线的最高使用温度不宜超过120℃,PA 56、PA 66帘子线的最高使用温度不宜超过100℃;相比PA 66、PA 56帘子线,PET帘子线作为轮胎材料具有明显的优势。The dynamic mechanical properties of polyethylene terephthalate(PET),polyhexamethylene glutamine(PA 56)and polyhexamethylene adipamide(PA 66)impregnated cords were studied by dynamic thermomechanical analysis(DMA)in stretch mode at 10 Hz.The results showed that the storage modulus(E′)and loss modulus(E″)of PA 56 and PA 66 cords decreased with the increase of temperature,but the E′and E″of PET cord increased first and then decreased;PET cord had the highest E′and E″when PA 66 cord had the lowest ones at any temperature;the three kinds of cords were in the order of PET cord,PA 66 cord and PA 56 cord according to the loss factor(tanδ)maximum from high to low and in the order of PET cord,PA 56 cord and PA 66 cord according to the glass transition temperature(T_(g))from high to low;the maximum service temperature should not exceed 120℃for PET cord and 100℃for PA 56 and PA 66;and PET cord had obvious advantages over PA 66 and PA 56 cords as tire materials.
