正念减压心理干预对睡眠呼吸暂停围手术期患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨正念减压心理干预对睡眠呼吸暂停患者围手术期应激反应和心理状态的影响。方法:选择2019年12月至2020年12月某院接诊的82例睡眠呼吸暂停患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组原则分成两组。对照组41例患者给予普通方式护理,研究组41例患者在日常护理的基础上增加正念减压心理干预,比较两组患者心率、收缩压及焦虑抑郁水平。结果:干预后,两组患者心率和收缩压明显降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者焦虑自评量表评分及抑郁自评量表评分均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:基于正念减压的心理干预能有效缓解睡眠呼吸暂停患者围手术期的应激反应和消极情绪,值得普及和推广。Objective:To explore the effect of mindfulness decompression therapy combined with psychological nursing on the perioperative stress response and psychological state of sleep apnea patients.Methods:82 sleep apnea patients admitted to one hospital from Dec,2019 to Dec,2020 as the subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups.41 patients in the control group received routine care,and 41 patients in the study group on the basis of routine nursing,the patients used mindfulness decompression therapy combined with psychological nursing to compare the systolic pressure,heart,anxiety and depression level of the two groups of patients.Results:After the intervention,the systolic pressure and heart rate of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the SAS scores and SDS scores of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mindfulness decompression therapy combined with psychological care can stabilize the perioperative stress response of patients with sleep apnea,reduce their negative emotions,and promote recovery.It is worthy of popularization and promotion.
