摘 要:进行了以粗甘油为原料通过热解制氢的过程设计,采用Aspen plus对流程中的反应和分离过程进行了全流程模拟,并采用技术经济分析对该工艺进行评价。结果表明,与目前工业煤制氢和天然气制氢相比,产量分别为1.2、3.0、5.0 t/h的甘油制取氢气的成本分别为14439、13203、12713元/t,随着产量的增长,甘油制氢的单位成本在逐渐降低。所以甘油制取每吨氢气的成本高于煤制氢但低于天然气制氢。其瓶颈在于过程的蒸汽能耗,而这一问题可通过热集成来解决,故甘油制氢与2种成熟技术相比可期待有区域优势。Hydrogen production by glycerol pyrolysis was designed and the process of reaction and separation included in the process was simulated by Aspen Plus,and the process was evaluated by technical and economic analysis.The results show that compared with the current production of hydrogen from coal and natural gas,the cost of producing hydrogen from glycerol with production of 1.2 t h,3.0 t/h and 5.0 t/h is 14439 yuan/t,13203 yuan/t and 12713 yuan/t,respectively.With the increase of production,the unit cost of producing hydrogen from glycerol is gradually decreasing.So the cost of producing hydrogen per ton of glycerol is higher than coal but lower than natural gas.The bottleneck lies in the steam energy consumption of the process,which can be solved by thermal integration.Therefore,it is expected that hydrogen production from glycerol will have regional advantages compared with the two mature technologies.
