摘  要:21085利用Aspen plus模拟优化带有液-液分相器的双塔分离丙酮-甲基异丙基酮-水三元非均相共沸物的工艺流程,并提出将液-液分离器加入到隔板精馏塔的预分馏塔段中,以实现隔板精馏塔与非均相共沸精馏结合的新型工艺技术。结果表明,隔板精馏塔可以较优地实现对非均相共沸物的分离,在预分馏塔段实现水的脱除,并在塔顶、塔底以及侧线同时得到符合分离要求的产品。以简化的年度操作费用为目标函数分别对双塔和隔板塔进行优化,结果表明,与传统双塔流程相比,隔板精馏塔节约能耗31.79%。从而在理论上证明了基于非均相共沸精馏的隔板塔分离技术是一种节能、高效的新型分离工艺。A two-column separation process of acetone-methyl isopropyl ketone-water heterogeneous azeotropic system with liquid-liquid phase spliter was simulated and optimized by Aspen Plus.A new technology was proposed to combine the dividing wall column and heterogeneous azeotropic distillation by adding the liquid-liquid separator to the pre-fractionation column of the dividing wall column.The simulation results show that the separation of heterogeneous azeotrope can be achieved in the dividing wall column,and the water can be removed in the section of the pre-fractionation column,and the products that meet the separation requirements can be obtained simultaneously at the top,bottom and side draw of the column.Taking the simplified annual operating cost as the objective function,the traditional two-column process and the dividing wall column were optimized respectively.The energy consumption of dividing wall column was reduced by 31.79%compared with that of traditional process.In conclusion,the new process based on dividing wall column is proved to be a energy-saving and efficient separation process for heterogeneous azeotropic system.
