摘 要:多组分混合物精馏分离费用占总投资比例高,目前的精馏分离序列更多的考虑单塔和塔序列内部2个层面的优化,而在实际过程中,塔与塔之间通常因为出入物料流股的温度情况,需要添加换热器,以满足工艺设计的需要,但是添加了换热器之后,所获得的分离序列是否仍然优化是值得商榷的。针对上述问题,以5组分烃的精馏分离为例,考虑了相邻塔之间的操作条件差异并通过在塔间添加外部换热器来保证精馏塔进料的温度要求,在此基础上筛选出精馏塔和换热器总费用优化的分离序列。通过与只考虑精馏塔的优化分离序列对比,发现当操作条件不同时,相邻塔之间换热器的费用会影响优化分离序列的选择。结果表明,在选取优化分离序列时应将相邻塔之间换热器的费用纳入考虑的范围之内。Multi-component distillation separation cost accounts for a large proportion of total investment.At present,the identification of cost-efficient distillation sequence is conducted by optimizing single column and column sequences.However,in order to meet the process design requirements,heat exchangers are often set up between columns to retrieve the heat of outlets and meet the temperature requirement for feed stream in the actual process.The equipment cost and operating cost of heat exchangers shall be both considered in the synthesis of optimal separation sequence,which has usually been ignored in previous studies.In this paper,a distillation separation of five-component hydrocarbon mixture is investigated.Based on the analysis of the design requirements of the distillation columns,heat exchangers between columns are included if necessary.Then,the optimal separation sequence is selected by considering the total cost of distillation columns and heat exchangers.It can be found that the optimal separation sequence is different from the separation sequence obtained without considering the cost of heat exchangers.Therefore,the cost of heat exchangers cannot be neglected for the synthesis of cost-efficient separation sequence.
