摘 要:丙烷裂解是制烯烃的重要过程,同时还可副产高附加值的氢气。本文对丙烷脱氢制丙烯工艺建立全流程,在Pt-Sn/Al_(2)O_(3)为催化剂的反应动力学基础上,建立绝热平推流反应器的反应动态模型和深冷分离模型进行全流程模拟,并进行技术经济分析。结果表明,相对于煤和石油制丙烯路线,丙烷裂解制丙烯技术的原材料费用占产品成本组成比例最小,销售费用占产品成本组成比例最大。在丙烷裂解制丙烯过程中,分离操作费用占总操作费用的84.44%,因此如何有效地利用能量来降低分离过程的能耗是丙烷裂解流程的关键。在该工艺中生产丙烯成本是6800元/t,实现了丙烷裂解过程的高效利用,还是重要的生产丙烯及副产氢气的工艺方法。Propane cracking is an important process to produce olefin,and can also produce high value-added hydrogen.In this paper,reaction and separation processes of propane dehydrogenation to propylene was established.Based on the reaction kinetics of Pt-Sn/Al_(2)O_(3) catalyst,adiabatic plug flow reactor and cryogenic separation operations were established to perform the whole proces and tech-economic analysis was carried out to assess energy consumption and production cost.The results show that the raw material cost of propane cracking technology takes up the smallest proportion of total production cost compared with the coal to olifen(CTO)and petroleum cracking routes.As for propane cracking to propylene,the separation operation cost accounts for 84.44%of the total operation cost,so efficient energy use for its conservation in separation is the key to the cost reduction of propane cracking process.Quantitatively,the production cost of propylene is 6800 RMB/t,which realizes the efficient utilization of propane cracking process and is an important process method for the production of propylene and by-product hydrogen.
