摘 要:目的探讨回授法健康教育在幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染阳性胃溃疡患者中的应用效果。方法将我院2019年3月~2021年3月收治的Hp阳性胃溃疡患者82例。随机分为对照组(41例)和观察组(41例),对照组给予常规健康宣教,观察组在其基础上给予回授法健康教育,比较两组宣教效果。结果观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组GQOLI-74评分均明显上升,且观察组更优(P<0.05)。结论回授法健康教育应用于Hp阳性胃溃疡患者中可增强其治疗依从性,提高生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of teaching-back method in health education on patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive gastric ulcer.Methods:Totally,82 patients with Hp positive gastric ulcer were admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021.They were randomly divided into test group and control group with 41 patients in each group.Patients in control group received st andardization health education,while patients in test group received standardization health education combined with the teaching-back method.Compared the clinical effects between the two groups.Results:Treatment compliance in the test group was significantly better than that in the control group.GQOLI-74 scores were increased in the two groups,however,the test group was superior.Conclusions:Adopting the teaching-back method in health education on patients with Hp positive gastric ulcer can improve treatment compliance and the patients’quality of life.
