摘  要:鞍钢厂内铁道车辆制动机使用频繁,闸瓦磨损较快,车辆制动缸活塞行程超标,行车安全存在隐患,且增加了检修工人劳动强度,延长了检修时间.针对上述问题,结合厂内铁道车辆特点,对ST系列闸瓦间隙自动调整器进行了研究和应用,取得了良好效果。The brakes of railway vehicles are frequently used in Angang.Therefore,the brake shoe is worn quickly,and the piston stroke of the vehicle brake cylinder exceeds the standard.There is hidden clanger in travelling safety.The labor intensity of maintenance workers is increased,and the maintenance time is prolonged.Combined with the characteristics of railway vehicles in the plant,make a study on the automatic regulator of ST series brake shoe gap and apply it.It has achieved good results.
