摘　　要：针对转炉煤气回收过程中存在的问题,通过对煤气柜回收工艺进行调整、优化,最大限度地利用了转炉煤气柜容,解决了因生产节奏变化大造成柜满拒收的现象,同时对故障率高、影响回收的设备进行改造,减少了停柜检修时间,增加了转炉煤气回收量。Aiming at the problems in the process of converter gas recovery,the tank capacity is used to maximum through adjusting and optimizing the recovery process of the gas tank.The phenomenon of rejecting gas by full tank is solved,resulted from big production pace change.Meanwhile,the equipments with high fault rate and recovery influence are modified.Maintenance,time is decreased and the amount of recovery gas is increased.
