摘　　要：为了解决生产过程中经常掉卷砸坏设备、长时间停机影响生产的难题,设计制造了一种分卷线掉卷防护装置,解决了上卷车掉卷后对设备造成的损坏,降低了备件及维修费用,减少了分卷线停轧损失,取得了显著的效果。The roils often drop and smash the equipment during prorluction,resulted in a long term shutdown.In order to solve this trouble,a kind of coil anti-falling device is manufactured.The damage caused by coils falling from coil charging car is avoided,spare parts and maintenance costs are decreased,anrl the loss from roil dividing line stop is decreased.It has obtained remarkable effects.
