摘  要:以液体火箭发动机推力室身部成型制备为背景,对推力室身部外壁电铸镍快速成型技术进行了深入研究。通过改变电铸镍直流电铸的温度、电流密度及电流分布等方法,提高电铸镍层沉积速度。采用拉伸试验机系统研究了不同条件下获得电铸镍的力学性能。运用金相、扫描电镜及内应力测试仪等手段对电铸镍层厚度、微观结构、试样断口以及电铸镍层内应力等进行了系统分析。研究结果表明,适宜工艺条件下可获得满足技术指标需求的快速电铸镍层,电铸周期缩短30%以上。采用快速电铸方法制备的推力室身部缩比件通过多次液压、气密及短程热试车考核。The rapid electroforming technology of outer wall for liquid rocket engine thrust chamber is studied.By increasing the solution temperature and electric current density,as well as improving the distribution of current,the electro deposition rate of nickel can be enhanced obviously.Mechanical properties of electroforming nickel plates obtained under different conditions are tested by tensile test system.Thickness,microstructure,fracture morphology and the internal stress of electroforming nickel are analyzed by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and internal stress tester,respectively.The results show that rapid electroforming nickel meeting the technical requirements can be acquired under certain process conditions,and the total electroforming period is reduced at least 30%.A scale thrust chamber is prepared by the rapid electroforming technology,and it passed evaluations of hydraulic pressure test,air-tight test and firing test.
