摘  要:某型火箭低温贮箱采用共底结构,射前需对共底抽真空,以降低共底两侧低温推进剂之间的热交换。为确保共底可顺利抽至所需的真空度,要求与共底相连的导管接头漏率不大于1×10^(-7)(Pa·m^(3))/s。对两种真空氦质谱检漏方法进行了对比,基于60°球头-喇叭口密封结构泄漏的Roth模型和试验验证,选择局部罩盒法对共底管路接头进行真空氦检,并优化设计了一套检漏系统,集检测和比对于一体。试验表明该方法和系统可快速、高可靠地检测共底管路导管接头处的漏率。The co-bulkhead of a launch vehicle’s cryogenic tanks needs to be vacuumed,to reduce the heat exchange of cryogenic propellants on both sides of the co-bulkhead.To ensure that the co-bulkhead can be pumped to the required vacuum degree,the leakage rate of the pipeline joint connected to the co-bulkhead must be lower than 1×10^(-7)(Pa·m^(3))/s.Two leak detection methods based on Vacuum Helium Mass Spectrometry are compared.Then,based on the Roth model of 60°globe-cone joint sealing and testing validation,it chooses local box method and develops a leak detection system.The test shows that this method and system can detect the leakage of the pipeline joint quickly and reliably.
