摘 要:随着自主可控需求的日益强烈,近年来,高质量等级国产元器件研制水平不断提升,目前国产元器件正在航天运载领域加速推广应用,但由于研制生产基础薄弱,国产元器件在功能、性能和可靠性方面与进口器件存在一定差距,盲目替换会产生一系列不可预知的应用问题和风险隐患。在全国产化箭载飞行控制计算机研制验证流程和典型问题分析的基础上,对国产元器件应用技术进行研究探讨,提出具体解决措施和实施方法,总结国产化设计的注意事项,目的在为箭载电子设备国产化提供经验借鉴,推动当前国产元器件应用工作的开展。Domestic electronic components have gotten significant development in recent years. With the urgent needs of “independent and controllable”, the popularization and application of Domestic electronic components is expedited in equipment of launch vehicles. In view of weak domestic industrial basis, domestic electronic components lag behind overseas ones in the function,performance and reliability. Domestic substitution without validation causes the problems and potential risks in space equipment.Based on the localization engineering practice of flight control computer, the typical problems found in the application of domestic electronic components in equipment of launch vehicles are analyzed and some solutions to the problems are put forward. At last, some considerations are summarized, which offers references and experiences for the localization engineering practice, to further improve localization level of equipment of launch vehicles.
