摘  要:介绍离子膜法烧碱生产工艺。指出离子膜法烧碱生产中存在的能耗问题有:电解液的电消耗;装置控制指标不合适与设备老化造成的能耗;蒸发段的能耗。分析能耗产生的原因。提出从3个角度降低能耗:降低盐水中钙镁离子含量;精细化控制电解工序;更新装置;在负压状态下进行烧碱蒸发。整改后,实现了降低能耗、节约成本的目的。The production process of caustic soda by ion-exchange membrane process is introduced.It is pointed out that the energy consumption problems in ion-exchange membrane caustic soda production include the electric consumption of electrolyte,improper control indexes and energy consumption caused by equipment aging,energy consumption in evaporation section.The causes of energy consumption are analyzed.It is proposed to reduce energy consumption from three aspects:reducing calcium and magnesium ions content in brine;finely controlling electrolytic process;updating devices;evaporating caustic soda under negative pressure.After the improvements is implemented,the purpose of reducing energy consumption and saving cost is realized.
