摘　　要：中泰集团原副产硫酸采用有偿处置销售的方式,倒贴运费及处置费,或者将副产硫酸有偿转移给下游有资质的接收单位。后开发副产硫酸资源转化工业技术,在密闭真空及空气吹脱条件下,使氯气逸出。解吸后的氯气进入尾氯吸收装置生产次氯酸钠产品。采用副产硫酸转化技术后,生产装置连续稳定运行,所得产品次氯酸钠达到相应产品标准。Zhongtai Group used to deal with by-product sulfuric acid by means of sale with paid disposal and traffic expense,or by means of paid transferring the by-product sulfuric acid to the downstream qualified receiving unit.Later,by-product sulfuric acid resource transformation industrial technology was developed.Under the condition of closed vacuum and air blowing off,chlorine can escape.The escaped chlorine enters a tail chlorine absorption unit to produce sodium hypochlorite.After the by-product sulfuric acid resource transformation industrial technology is used,the production unit operates continuously and stably,and the obtained sodium hypochlorite meet the product standards.
