摘　　要：偏振光电探测器件具有对光场矢量方向的探测能力,可极大地丰富光电探测的信息维度,揭露传统探测方法中所不能发现的隐藏信息,因而在目标探测、地质遥感、机器视觉等方面具有重要的应用价值。利用材料结构的本征各向异性实现偏振响应,有助于规避传统偏振探测需要耦合光学元件所导致的结构复杂和系统庞大等问题,有助于实现器件的小型化与集成化。基于大面积有机半导体二维单晶膜构筑了有机偏振探测器件,利用有机单晶膜中分子结构的长程有序和本征各向异性,获得了二向色性比最高可达2.39的偏振光响应特性。进一步,利用大面积有机二维单晶膜在大尺度范围分子堆积结构的有序性和取向一致性,制备了4×4偏振光电探测器阵列,所有器件的偏振方向一致,展示了良好的一致性和均一性,预示其在大面积偏振器件集成方面的潜在应用。Polarized photodetectors have the ability to detect the direction of the light field vector,which can greatly enrich the information dimension of photoelectric detection and expose hidden information that cannot be found in traditional detection methods.Therefore,it is important in target detection,geological remote sensing,machine vision,etc.Using the intrinsic anisotropy of the material structure to achieve the polarization response helps to avoid the complex structure and huge system caused by the traditional polarization detection that requires coupling optical elements,and contribute to realize the miniaturization and integration of the device.Here,we have constructed an organic polarization detector based on a large-area organic semiconductor two-dimensional single-crystal film.Using the long-range order and intrinsic anisotropy of the molecular structure in the organic single-crystal film,we have obtained the polarized light response characteristic with a high linear dichroic ratio as large as 2.39.Furthermore,using the order and orientation consistency of the molecular stacking structure of the large-area organic two-dimensional single-crystal film in the large-scale range,a 4×4 polarization photodetector array was fabricated.The polarization directions of all devices are consistent,showing a good consistency.The characteristics and uniformity indicate its potential application in the integration of large-area polarization devices.
