摘　　要：旧厂房改造健身场馆解决了群众身边健身难的问题,同时也产生了良好的综合效益。采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等研究方法,基于典型案例的四个效益状况分析,并分析其运营管理问题,进而提出若干完善对策,研究表明:旧厂房改造健身场馆典型案例呈现良好的效益,但其运营管理还存在政府、场馆与市民层面的问题,可以通过提高认识、政策扶持、购买服务、提升管理水平、培育消费市场、提供丰富产品等加以完善。The reconstruction of the old factory building into a gymnasium solves the problem of difficult fitness around the masses and also produces good comprehensive benefits.The paper uses research methods such as literature material,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys.Based on the analysis of typical cases’s four benefits,analyzes its operation and management issues,and then proposes several perfect countermeasures.According to the research,the typical cases of old factory building rebuilding gymnasium show good benefits.However,there are still problems in its operation and management at the government,venues and citizens,which can be improved by deepen understanding,policy support,purchasing services,promoting management level,fostering the consumption market,providing abundant products.
