Exploration Test of Ultra-pure Iron Concentrate Processed by On-site Iron Concentrate in Shirengou Iron Mine

摘  要:石人沟铁矿现场铁精粉全铁品位67.99%,杂质成分主要是Si,其次是Mg、Al、Ca等,-200目含量59%,铁在200~325目粒级有明显的富集现象。为确定该精矿进一步加工生产超纯铁精矿的可能性,进行了多种工艺可行性研究。结果表明:①试样再磨后进行4次弱磁选,可获得铁品位70.62%~71.66%的铁精矿。②试样脱粗后4次磁选机弱磁选,可获得铁品位71.75%的铁精矿及铁品位64.29%的普通精矿;2次磁选柱精选可获得铁品位71.55%的铁精矿及铁品位66.75%的普通精矿。③试样脱粗再脱泥后磁选柱2次精选可获得铁品位71.87%的铁精矿及铁品位66.36%的普通精矿。④试样直接磁浮选柱精选和脱泥后再磁浮选柱精选,分别可获得铁品位72.05%的磁浮选柱精矿及铁品位59.92%的普通精矿,铁品位72.19%的磁浮选柱精矿及铁品位59.82%的普通精矿;试样磨至-200目80%后直接磁浮选柱精选和脱泥后磁浮选柱精选,分别可获得铁品位72.04%的磁浮选柱精矿及铁品位57.01%的普通精矿,铁品位72.25%的磁浮选柱精矿及铁品位54.96%的普通精矿;试样磨矿至全部过200目筛并脱泥后采用磁浮选柱精选,可以获得铁品位72.38%的磁浮选柱精矿及铁品位57.20%的普通精矿。The total iron grade of iron concentrate powder on site in Shirengou Iron Mine is 67.99%.The impurity component is mainly silicon,followed by magnesium,aluminum,calcium and so on.The par⁃ticle size is with-200 mesh accounting for 59%,and iron is obviously enriched in the particle size between 200 and 325 mesh.In order to determine the possibility of further processing the concentrate to produce ul⁃tra-pure iron concentrate,various process feasibility studies were carried out.The results showed that:①the iron concentrate with iron grade between 70.62%and 71.66%could be obtained after regrinding and low-intensity magnetic separation for 4 times.②The iron concentrate with iron grade of 71.75%and the or⁃dinary iron concentrate with iron grade of 64.29%could be obtained after coarse removing and low-intensi⁃ty magnetic separation for 4 times using magnetic separator.The iron concentrate with iron grade of 71.55%and the ordinary iron concentrate with iron grade of 66.75%could be obtained after cleaning for 2 times us⁃ing magnetic separation column.③After coarse removing and desliming,the iron concentrate with iron grade of 71.87%and the ordinary iron concentrate with iron grade of 66.36%could be obtained after clean⁃ing for 2 times using magnetic separation column.④After the sample is direct cleaned by magnetic flota⁃tion column and cleaned by magnetic flotation after desliming,magnetic flotation column concentrate with iron grade of 72.05%and the ordinary concentrate with iron grade of 59.92%,and magnetic flotation column concentrate with iron grade of 72.19%and the ordinary concentrate with iron grade of 59.82%could be obtained,respectively.After the sample is direct cleaned by magnetic flotation column and cleaned by magnetic flotation when the sample is ground to-200 mesh accounting for 80%,the magnetic flotation col⁃umn concentrate with iron grade of 72.04%and the ordinary concentrate with iron grade of 57.01%,the magnetic flotation column concentrate with iron grade of 72.25%and the ordina
