摘 要:国外某铁矿石铁含量为48.04%,有害元素硫、磷含量较低,赤褐铁占全铁的98.15%,铁矿物共生关系复杂、单体解离非常困难。为确定该矿石的合理开发利用工艺,进行了选矿试验研究,结果表明,采用磁化焙烧—弱磁选工艺,当最终磨矿粒度为-0.076 mm占95%时,可以获得产率66.70%、铁品位63.68%、铁回收率88.27%最终精矿,该指标明显优于单一强磁选工艺指标和阶段磨矿阶段强磁选—强磁选中矿浮选工艺指标。因此,磁化焙烧—弱磁选工艺是该矿石处理的适宜工艺。The iron contents of a iron ore abroad is 48.04%,and the contents of harmful elements sul⁃fur and phosphoru is low.The iron in limonite accounts for 98.15%of the total iron.The iron mineral has complex symbiotic relationships and its monomer dissociation is very difficult.In order to determine the rea⁃sonable development and utilization process of the ore,the beneficiation test has been carried out.The re⁃sults showed that the final concentrate with yield of 66.70%,Fe grade of 63.68%and iron recovery rate of 88.27%could be obtained with the process of magnetized roasting and low-intensity magnetic separation when the grain of grinding fineness is-0.076 mm accounting for 95%.The index is obviously superior to single high-intensity magnetic separation process,or stage grinding,high-intensity magnetic separation and flotation for middling of high-intensity magnetic separation.Therefore,magnetized roasting and low intensity magnetic separation is the best process to treat the ore.
