摘 要:国内某选厂复杂难选铁矿石铁含量为31.69%,赤褐铁分布率占57.24%,磁性铁分布率占31.87%,现场所采用的两段连续磨矿—粗细分级—重磁浮联合选别工艺流程不仅适应性差,而且产品指标不理想。为解决该问题进行了选矿试验研究,结果表明:矿石在连续两段闭路磨矿(-200目80%)情况下,1次弱磁选、2次强磁选,混磁精矿再磨至-320目90%,再1粗1精3扫闭路反浮选,最终获得铁品位为66.45%、回收率为72.28%的优质精矿,与现场精矿相比,铁品位提高了2.45个百分点,铁回收率提高了12.85个百分点,优化效果明显,且优化后的工艺流程简洁、顺畅,易于操作管理。The iron contents of a complex refractory iron ore in a domestic beneficiation plant is 31.69%.The distribution rate of iron in the form of hematite and limonite ore and magnetiteare 57.24%and 31.87%,respectively.Two-stage continuous grinding,coarse and fine classification and gravity separation magnetic separation-flotation combined separation process were adopted on site,which appeareded the poor adaptability and brought in unsatisfactory indexes for product.The beneficiation experiment was car⁃ried out so as to solve the problems.The ores were treatedwith two-stage continuous grinding(-200 mesh accounting for 80%),and then feeded to one low-intensity magnetic separartion and two high-intensity magnetic separartion.The mixed magnetic concentrate was regrounded to-320 mesh accounting for 90%.Followed by one roughing,one cleaning and three scavenging in closed-circuit reverse flotation,the⁃highqualityconcentrate with iron grade of 66.45%and recovery rate of 72.28%was obtained.Compared with on-site concentrate,the iron grade and recovery rate increased by 2.45 and 12.85 percentage points,respectively.The optimization effect is obvious,and the optimized process is simple,smooth and easy to op⁃erate and manage.
