摘 要:司家营铁矿选矿厂氧化矿选别系统依靠脱硫磁选降低螺旋溜槽重选精矿硫含量,为解决由此带来的再磨系统循环负荷过大,单体解离的赤褐铁矿物过磨和流失问题,进行了脱硫磁选流程与产品分析,并据此提出了改造方案:对各系列螺旋溜槽重选精矿的筛分作业再增加1台五路叠层振动筛,将筛孔尺寸控制在0.10 mm左右,并适当降低给矿浓度;适当提高中强磁选磁场强度。改造后,铁品位的显著提高,必然带来重选精矿硫等杂质含量的显著下降,从而消除对脱硫磁选作业的依赖,为取消该作业创造条件。流程理顺后,循环负荷将显著下降,单体赤褐铁矿物将不易进入再磨系统并被过粉碎,金属流失现象也将得到消除。The oxidized ore beneficiation system of Sijiaying Iron Ore Dressing Plant relies on desul⁃furization magnetic separation to reduce the sulfur contents of the gravity separation concentrate of the spi⁃ral chute.In order to solve the consequent problems of the excessive cyclic loading of the regrinding sys⁃tem,and the overgrinding and loss of monomer dissociated hematite and limonite,the magnetic separation desulfurization process and the product analysis were conducted.Based on the result,a transformation plan was proposed.A five-way laminated vibrating screen was added to the screening operation of each series of spiral chute gravity concentrates so as to controll the size of the sieve hole at about 0.10 mm and the concen⁃tration of ore feeding appropriately reduced.The magnetic field intensity of the medium and high intensity magnetic separation is appropriately increased.After the transformation,the iron grade is significantly im⁃proved,which inevitably leads to a significant decrease in the content of sulfur and other impurities in the gravity concentrate,thereby eliminating the dependence on the magnetic separation desulfurization opera⁃tion and creating conditions for the cancellation of this operation.After the process is rationalized smooth⁃ly,the cyclic loading will be significantly reduced,the monomer hematite and limonite will not easily enter the regrinding system and be over-crushed,and the problem of metal loss will also be removed.
