摘 要:南芬露天矿为深凹露天开采,其排水系统需要连续工作,必须控制爆破作业不会对泵站设施产生影响。通过调查工程地质情况,合理选择爆破炸药单耗,充分利用自由面,采用顶部间隔装药结构和V形双槽底起爆顺序等优化措施,完成复杂环境下的爆破工作。方案实施后,爆破飞石被精确控制,爆破质量取得提升。实践成果为深孔复杂环境控制爆破提供了经验。Nanfen Open-pit Mine is deep-pitted open-pit mining,and its drainage system needs to work continuously,and the blasting operation must be controlled so as not to affect the pumping station fa⁃cilities.By investigating the engineering geological conditions,rationally selecting the unit consumption of blasting explosives,making full use of the free surface,and adopting optimization measures such as the top spaced charge structure and the V-shaped double-groove bottom detonation sequence,blasting work in complex environments is completed.After the implementation of the plan,the blasting flying stones were accurately controlled,and the blasting quality was improved.The practical results provide experience for controlled blasting in deep hole complex environment.
