摘  要:陕南某大型黑色岩系钒矿有深灰色含碳硅质板岩和泥质板岩2种类型,深灰色含碳硅质板岩硬度高,绢(钒)云母等矿物呈线状、星散状沿矿石板理分布;土黄色泥质板岩矿物硬度差异不大,主要矿物石英、绢(钒)云母关系密切,破碎过程中不能形成以石英为主硬度较大的集合体和以绢云母为主硬度较小的集合体。钒主要赋存在云母类矿物中,其次在氧化物及黏土矿物中。为高效、低成本回收矿石中的钒,对不同矿石进行了破碎—筛分预富集可行性研究。结果表明,该工艺可将碳硅质板岩V_(2)O_(5)品位从0.53%提高到1.08%,且回收率高达84.91%;泥质板岩的多级破碎筛分工艺难以抛废,达不到预富集效果。原矿预富集与否对钒浸出率影响很小;焙烧可以大幅度提高钒浸出率。矿山企业可根据不同类型的矿石采取不同处理工艺,以降低生产成本,提高企业效益。There are two types of dark gray carbonaceous siliceous slate and argillaceous slate in a large black rock series vanadium mine in the southern Shaanxi.The dark gray carbonaceous siliceous slate has high hardness,and sericite(vanadium)mica and other minerals are distributed along the ore foliation in linear and scattered shape.There is little difference in mineral hardness of earthy yellow argillaceous slate,and the main minerals quartz and sericite(vanadium)mica are in close relation.During the crushing process,aggregates like quartz with large hardness ore sericite with small hardness neither be formed.Va⁃nadium mainly occurs in mica minerals,followed by oxides and clay minerals.In order to recover vanadi⁃um from ores efficiently and at low cost,the feasibility study on pre-concentration by crushing and screen⁃ing for different ores was carried out.The results showed that the process can increase the V_(2)O_(5) grade of car⁃bonaceous siliceous slate from 0.53%to 1.08%,and the recovery rate is as high as 84.91%.The multistage crushing and screening process for argillaceous slate is difficult to throw away waste and can not achieve the effect of pre-concentration.Whether the raw ore is pre-enriched or not has little effect on the vanadium leaching rate.Roasting can greatly improve the vanadium leaching rate.Mining enterprises can adopt differ⁃ent treatment processes according to different types of ores,so as to reduce production costs and improve enterprise benefits.
