摘　　要：炸药混装车兼具危险品运输和作业双重属性,车型重心位置普遍较高且驾驶和操作环境复杂,在碰撞侧翻事故中易引起火花造成火灾和爆炸事故。为此,结合TSW24 V型车用电源隔离开关的特性、安装使用要点和性能参数,以传感器结构和电路设计为核心,设计了炸药混装车侧翻自动断电系统。系统能够在炸药混装车侧倾大于50°后1 s内切断整车电源并使发动机熄火,避免炸药混装车在侧翻后造成爆炸等严重的二次事故。The explosives mixed truck has the dual attributes of transportation and operation of dan⁃gerous goods.The center of gravity of this series of vehicles is generally high and the driving and operating environment is complex.In the collision and rollover accident,it is easy to cause sparks and cause fire and explosion accidents.For this reason,combined with the characteristics,installation and use points and per⁃formance parameters of the TSW24 V vehicle power isolation switch,with the sensor structure and circuit design as the core,an automatic power-off system for the rollover of the explosive mixed truck is designed.The system can cut off the power supply of the whole vehicle and turn off the engine within 1 s when the ex⁃plosives truck rolls more than 50°,so as to avoid serious secondary accidents such as explosions after the explosives trucks roll over.
