摘　　要：马钢矿业资源集团南山矿业公司和尚桥选矿厂的12台圆盘给料机间接为球磨机供矿,在矿石潮湿情况下其上方矿仓易蓬拱阻塞出口,原空气清仓系统为人工操作,工作效率和安全性均存在不足。为解决该问题,设计采用西门子S7-300PLC可编程控制器解决空气清仓系统的人工操作问题。系统选用CPU315-2PN/DP和扩展模块,PLC输出端接对应空气阀门的继电器,继电器的常开触点并接在现场按钮点动控制回路中,当继电器得电常开触点闭合,使气阀打开,空气清仓运行。PLC输出端还接对应的12台空气清仓的报警铃,气源打开即代表将放炮,报警铃闪烁并响铃,提醒附近工人离开现场。系统投入生产运行后,改善了圆盘给料机岗位工人的工作环境,减少了每班当班人数1人,避免了圆盘给料机不下料导致的皮带空转,有效地提高了圆盘给料机的下矿效率,保证了下级设备GK筛的持续供矿。本系统总体结构简单明了,易于操作,实用性较强,具有一定的推广应用价值。The 12 disc feeders in the Heshangqiao Concentrator of Masteel Mining Resources Group Nanshan Mining Co.,Ltd indirectly supply ore for the ball mill.When the ore is wet,the silo above is easy boom to block the outlet,and the original air clearance system is manual operation,which is insufficient in work efficiency and safety.In order to solve this problem,Siemens S7-300PLC programmable controller is designed to solve the problem of manual operation of the air clearance system.The system selects CPU315-2PN/DP and expansion modules.The PLC output terminal is connected to the relay corresponding to the air valve.The normally open contact of the relay is connected to the on-site button jog control circuit.When the relay is energized,the normally open contact is closed to make the air valve open,and the air clear⁃ance system is running.The PLC output terminal is also connected to the corresponding 12 alarm bells for air clearance.When the air source is turned on,it means that it will be used.The alarm bell flashes and rings to remind the nearby workers to leave the scene.After the system is put into production and operation,the working environment of the workers at the position of the disc feeder is improved,and the number of people on duty per shift is reduced by 1 person.It avoids the belt idling caused by the disc feeder not feed⁃ing,effectively improves the ore feeding efficiency of the disc feeder,and ensures the continuous ore feed⁃ing of the lower equipment GK screen.The overall structure of the system is simple and clear,easy to oper⁃ate,strong practicability,and has certain popularization and application value.
