摘 要:合理的窄煤柱宽度与围岩控制方案是确保沿空掘巷成功实施的关键因素。为探究煤柱宽度与沿空巷道围岩应力及变形特征之间的关系,以羊场煤矿得马矿井21904运输巷为研究背景,通过理论计算确定了煤柱合理宽度为3.89~8.25 m;采用数值模拟的方法分析了不同煤柱宽度下煤柱垂直应力和巷道表面变形特征,确定了煤柱最佳宽度为5 m;对沿空巷道支护方案及参数进行设计,并对现场围岩控制效果进行观测。结果表明:巷道顶底板和两帮相对移近量最大值均小于40 mm,巷道围岩变形控制效果良好。研究成果为类似工程条件下巷道施工提供了借鉴。Reasonable narrow coal pillar width and surrounding rock control scheme are the key fac⁃tors to ensure the successful implementation of gob-side entry.In order to explore the relationship between the coal pillar width and the surrounding rock stress and deformation characteristics of the gob-side road⁃way,taking the 21904 transport roadway in Dema Mine of Yangchang Coal Mine as the research back⁃ground,the reasonable coal pillar width was determined to be 3.89~8.25 m through theoretical calculation.The vertical stress of the coal pillar and the surface deformation characteristics of the roadway under differ⁃ent coal pillar widths were analyzed by numerical simulation method,and the optimal coal pillar width was determined to be 5 m.Design the support scheme and parameters of the gob-side roadway,and observe the control effect of the surrounding rock on site.The results show that the maximum value of the relative move⁃ment of the roof and floor of the roadway and the two sides is less than 40 mm,and the deformation control effect of the surrounding rock of the roadway is good.The research results provide reference for roadway construction under similar engineering conditions.
